CARLO CRESTO-DINA

Producer, tempesta, Italy – UK

Carlo Cresto-Dina is an Italian producer based in London. With his company tempesta, he produced all of Alice Rohrwacher's features (Corpo Celeste, Cannes 2010, The Wonders, Jury Grand Prix Cannes 2014, Happy as Lazzaro, Best Script Cannes 2018, La Chimera, Cannes 2023) and her short films De Djess (2015) and Le Pupille (Disney Oscar Nomination 2023). With tempesta he also produced all of Leonardo Di Costanzo features (The Interval, Venice 2012, The Intruder, Cannes 2017, The Inner Cage. Venice 2021, Elisa Venice 2025), and a string of films by young European authors awarded at the most important international festivals, including Gloria! the debut film by Margherita Vicario (International Competition Berlin 2024). 

ANAMARIA ANTOCI

Producer, Tangaj Production, Romania

Anamaria Antoci is a seasoned producer in the European market and a member of industry networks such as EAVE, ACE Producers, European Producers Club, Inside Pictures. She founded in 2017 the Bucharest based company Tangaj Production, being fully committed to all creative stages, with a passion for authentic, strong arthouse films, keen on pursuing ways to tackle audiences in a unique manner.

Anamaria achievements include producing and co-producing feature and documentary films, such as MEN OF DEEDS by Paul Negoescu (Sarajevo FF 2022, RO/BG), PANOPTICON by George Sikharulidze (Karlovy Vary IFF 2024, GE/FR/IT/RO) or THINGS WE SAID TODAY by Andrei Ujică (Venice FF 2024, FR/RO). Holding a PhD on Audience Design, she is heavily involved in film education and training. She served as tutor on several training and mentoring programmes while also giving lectures for the Master programme in film production at UNATC "I.L. Caragiale" Bucharest.

HUGO ROSÁK

Head of the Industry Office at the Karlovy Vary International Film Festival (KVIFF), Czech Republic

Hugo Rosák is Head of the Industry Office at the Karlovy Vary International Film Festival (KVIFF), where he leads KVIFF Eastern Promises, a platform dedicated to showcasing film projects from Central and Eastern Europe in development or production. Each year, over 40 curated projects are introduced to international industry professionals. He is also the co-founder of KVIFF Talents, a talent accelerator supporting emerging filmmakers from the region. Beyond the festival, Hugo collaborates with several European development initiatives. He works with the Midpoint Institute’s Feature Launch, consults for the First Cut Lab editing program, and has worked as an expert for the European Commission. He is also Head of Development at Stairway Films, a Prague-based production company, and a member of the European Film Academy. Originally trained in international relations, innovation design and intercultural management, Hugo now channels his energy into championing ambitious, auteur-driven cinema.
