The official poster of Cyprus Film Days 2026, designed by Filippos Vasileiadis, draws inspiration from the work of visual artist Sergis Hatzidamos. It affirms that the creative process can breathe life into what time has worn away, and that presence can endure through fragments and gazes. The work Elegant Gaze emerges from glass negatives nearly a century old, taken from the archive of Cypriot photographer Spyros Charitos. A portrait slowly surfaces: a single gaze carrying memory, absence and tension, like a still frame from an unwritten film.
